Hokkaido Tour According to Kita Kita 'Kita Kita' is not your usual rom-com movie that exceeded everyones expectation. The film was written and directed by Sigrid Andrea Bernardo, starring Alessandra de Rossi and Empoy Marquez. I've seen the movie and have been captivated by its picturesque location.
